Group run tomorrow 9:30 AM

Join us tomorrow morning for a 7 to 10 km group run.  Beginning at Trysport and heading down the highway.  Pace is 6:30 at the back end and 5:30 at the front end.  Most will be running just under 6.  Dress warm.  Coffee to follow.
