Saturday Morning Rides
Our Saturday Morning Rides go as per usual every Saturday morning from the March break through to Thanksgiving! Ride times change with the weather. Typically we start at 8:30 am in the spring and then push it back to as early as 7:00 Am in the heat of the summer. Routes change weekly.

The pace for our rides accommodates a wide range of riders. We know our riders. In a mixed pace group (min 25 kph average to 35 kph average), we will do an out and back route to give options of a shorter turn around as well doing some extra distance for some stronger riders. We keep a social pace most of the time during these rides to accommodate all riders, but always add in some 3 to 5k sprints to present a challenge and workout for everyone who wants one.
If we have a know equally strong group we will do either a loop ride or a calculated out and back ride at a faster average pace plus the odd sprint thrown in.
Rides go every Saturday morning. Check our Google Calander for updates and ride confirmations. Also, all last second updates will be on our Trysport Cycling WhatsUp group. (give us your name and cell phone and we will add you to our group)
